 Repair Electronics At Onega, Inc., we provide electronics repair estimates within one to 4 business days depending on the load and complexity of the problem. All in-home repair rates are applied toward the total cost of the repair. However, if an estimate is declined or no labor is conducted for any reason, the deposit is forfeited. Labor rates vary, but are usually around $65 per hour.


 Pick-Up and Delivery Rates:

  • Within one to 4 Miles, $75
  • Within 15 Miles, $100
  • Beyond 15 Miles, but under 25 Miles, $150
  • Beyond 25 Miles, Call for Details

Have your Model Number and Serial Number of the unit ready. If the unit is within your manufacturer's warranty period please have a copy of your sales receipt present as service cannot be provided otherwise. If your television is mounted and you are requesting warranty service you must dismount the television yourself prior to our serviceman's arrival as stated in your warranty agreement. In-home service not available on Saturday.
